The list of cyanide killer Kempamma’s victims is growing longer. On Thursday, one more case was registered after the relatives of Renuka (22) complained that Kempamma alias Mallika lured her away in 2006.

Renuka’s relatives rushed to Kalasipalya station after seeing Kempamma’s photo in the media. “Renuka was a domestic worker. Her husband was in Dubai. The relatives complained that in December 2006, Kempamma lured her to a temple in Tavarekere, after which she went missing,” said a police officer.

Renuka’s sister Mani has lodged the complaint at Mico Layout police station.

The city police will now hand over Kempamma to the rural police for interrogation. “The rural police will interrogate her over her next eight days in police custody. The decision over the narco-analysis test will be taken after this,” the officer added. Source:timesofindia.indiatimes
